As soon as we wake up on Monday morning, it’s off to the races. Up early, then work, then a lunch break, then back to work and then back in the car and into the traffic heading home.
So where is the time to work out or make a healthy meal? This is always the problem: Time.

Even modest sleep loss can diminish the immune system’s response to disease and injury. Like the food we eat and the air we breathe, rest nourishes the body and provides energy.
